Ok officially two weeks completed. The last three days i have stayed at the exact same weight. I havent deviated from alotted calories or water intake so thats a bummer but i did start spotting a few days ago so im guessing that my cycle is about to start and that might be the culprit.

Total 8lbs lost
It probably is cycle related!!! Don’t get discouraged! Keep that water intake up and you’ll see that all come off throughout the week!
